Each project’s design process is tailored individually to the client’s site, program and budget. Depending on the complexity of the project, architectural and design services are typically provided from the following 3 menu categories:

  • Conceptual Design Studies

  • Site Analysis-Zoning, Wetlands and CPBA if applicable

  • Programming-Space Needs Analysis

  • Master Planning


Design it.

  • Phase 1 Design - Schematic Design Drawings to include Basis of Design Narrative and Preliminary Pricing

  • Phase 2 Design - Construction Documents and Permit Plans to include Civil, Structural and MEP Engineering plans as needed

  • Digital Modeling - Interior and Exterior

  • Related Design Consultants - Landscape Design, Interior Design as needed


Build it.

  • Phase 3 Services - Contract Bidding and Construction Administration

  • Progress site visits, shop drawing review and project close out to include substantial completion and punch list
